We represent a small, carefully curated network of exceptional Wellness Facilitators and Venues across Africa, connecting trusted wellness talent and spaces with opportunities across corporate wellbeing, wellness tourism, hospitality, retreats, events and curated wellness experiences.
We’re intentionally keeping our network selective. Rather than building a large directory, our aim is to know the facilitators and venues we represent and feel confident recommending them to our clients and partners.
We look for people and places that share our commitment to integrity, excellence, professionalism and meaningful wellness experiences.

How to Apply
1. Choose your application
Download and complete the relevant application form:
Wellness Facilitator Application — For facilitators, practitioners, speakers, coaches and other wellness professionals.
Wellness Venue Application — For hotels, lodges, retreat centres, wellness venues and other suitable hospitality spaces.
Please complete your application as thoroughly as possible and include any supporting information requested.
2. Submit your application
Return to this page and upload your completed PDF application below, together with any supporting information requested.
You will also be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the Final Declaration contained within your application form.
3. Pay the $25 Application & Vetting Fee
A once-off, non-refundable application and vetting fee of $25 is payable when your application is submitted.
We keep our network intentionally selective, and every application is personally reviewed by a member of The Wellness Agency Africa team rather than being automatically accepted into a database.
The fee contributes towards the time involved in reviewing and assessing your application, professional background, credentials and overall suitability for our network.
Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into The Wellness Agency Africa. The fee relates specifically to the application and vetting process, regardless of the outcome of your application.
4. Your application is reviewed
Once we have received your completed application and application fee, our team will review your submission.
For Wellness Facilitators, we may request supporting qualifications, certifications, references or additional information as part of the verification process.
For Venues, we may request additional information, arrange a conversation with your team or, where appropriate, arrange a site visit before giving a venue our highest level of endorsement.
5. We'll be in touch
Once your application has been reviewed, we’ll contact you regarding the outcome and any next steps.
If accepted, you will become part of our curated Wellness Talent or Wellness Venue Network and may be considered for opportunities that align with your expertise, offering, location and availability.
Acceptance into the network does not guarantee bookings or a minimum volume of work. Opportunities are considered individually according to each client brief and the facilitators or venues best suited to it.

Being part of The Wellness Agency Africa does not mean giving up your independence.
Our network is non-exclusive. Wellness Facilitators and Venues remain independent businesses and are free to continue working directly with their own clients, partners, agencies and other organisations.
Our role is to create additional opportunities and meaningful connections where there is a strong fit between our clients, our network and the experiences we are creating.
